Well, for the last 20 years I’ve watched a really amazing work happen in the church. That’s mobilizing members for ministry and placing each person in the place they love to serve. VBS planning and preparation begins early December. The preparation is constant with a massive detailed project management task list that allows different groups and coordinators to assess their area. The process of planning is the same every year, however, the theme changes and therefore all content must change. Leadership is critical as you plan to train the multitudes effectively with intentionality. Wow! I do believe I’m going to miss this, however, know I’ve trained and equipped our team to continue reaching generations for Christ.
